I've just returned from a lovely retreat in Suffolk and feel very energized, I also think it has enhanced my own practice as well as the lesson I taught on Monday Night so its been invaluable. I'm definitely going to organise one for next year, I want everyone to feel as good as I do.

 

The website is coming along and it looks like it will go live in the next week or so.

 

So Exciting!

Wow - just like that I'm going to be a blogger!

I could use this opportunity to thank White Cat Company Ltd for my fantastic website, Print Deal UK for my beautiful printing and Walkers Distributions for delivering my leaflets. Thank you one and all you've been great and have made it so easy for me.

Perhaps I should just let you all know that my first public class starts in less than 48 hours and I'm preparing madly as we speak.

Or maybe I should just say a big welcome to Yoga with Dawn and my blog, I hope you will check back often and will let me know your thoughts on my musings.
