Private Tuition

Yoga was traditionally taught one-to-one.

Private tuition is an excellent way to deepen your practice. Whether you are just starting out with yoga or an old hand, one to one tuition can help you to develop a deeper understanding of the poses and you will discover new levels of strength and concentration both on the mat and off.

An individual session can give you more personal guidance than a class setting and if you have an old ‘war wound’ or a reoccurring postural issue then a personal session can help you overcome the obstacle and move beyond.

Normally a regular monthly session is recommended with a commitment to some personal practice in between sessions.

Small Group Sessions

Why not get together with friends and have a private lesson? Small group sessions can be arranged.
