Yoga With Dawn - DawnI love the feeling that yoga gives me, whether I have been to a class or spent time on my personal practice, and I trained to teach yoga so that I could share this fantastic feeling with others.

I was enchanted with yoga from the very first, and I enjoy the fact that it is challenging but never competitive.

I am a wife, mother and grandmother and I have been practising yoga for over 10 years .

Yoga is not about pushing your limits but about quietening the chattering mind and accepting yourself as you are in this moment. Yoga is a tool to improve flexibility, strength and concentration.

I trained to teach under Master Yogini Elena Voyce and currently hold the YA200 qualification.

But I have had many wonderful teachers over the last decade or so and I thank them all for all their teachings, both on and off the Mat.

I have a keen interest in therapeutic  yoga and in particular how it can help with common ailments such as back pain or urinary incontinence.
